Mum and Me package:

Feel good throughout your pregnancy by managing your health through great nutrition

Mum and Me fertility pregnancy package:

Every couple are different and the time it takes to fall pregnant can vary, for fertility problems we can offer a more bespoke package that will suit your individual needs. In our standard package we offer 4 sessions to optimise health in the male and female to ensure the body is in the best condition to fall pregnant and nourish a baby.
Joint initial consultation - lasting 2 hours2 follow ups - indivual sessions£200

Mum and Me post natal package:

Focusing on rebalancing energy levels, mood and hormones for you, and for baby focusing on breastfeeding nutrition. If required a weighloss plan can also be included.
2 appointments post birth with one home visit if required £100

Cancellation policy

Should you wish to change or cancel your appointment please do so with 48 hours notice as we have a waiting list and this appointment can be given to someone else. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged with less notice and the consultation fee will be charged if you not turn up for your appointment.
